Poor packaging, poor size fittings and ad finishing

For the price we are paying atleast do a proper packing in a box n deliver. It's silk material wat has been ordered. Abd the size guide i have mentioned nowhere matches to tht siz u r referring. Pls update it to the standard ones available. And the finishing the stitches is very poor. Not to the prize we are paying for. Instead it's better if u sell the material or semi stitched material and we get it stitched. Really didn't meet upto the expectations for the cost we are paying for. Had ordered for 5 yr old son siz ordered for was 6-8 and the kurta doesn't fit can't button upto too and the shoulder arm also is way too tight . Pls improvise
